Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, though a bit small, were clean and comfortable. The service provided by the staff, especially Rosabell, was exceptional. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions. However, the lack of natural light in the room was a downside for me.
I found the hotel to be cozy and quite affordable, with clean rooms that sported a high ceiling and narrowish window. However, the price seemed a bit high for a hostel, and the morning hammering noise was a bit disruptive.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a meadow-like smell, which was a nice touch, but they looked quite different from the photos online. Unfortunately, my room felt like a basement with no balcony and minimal daylight. The musty mold smell was persistent despite efforts to freshen it up. However, the service was top-notch, especially thanks to Rosabell, who made our check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was very convenient, near the El Born district, although the exterior of the building wasn't very appealing. The dining options were limited to breakfast across the street, which was a bit of a letdown.
